G2 SYMPOSIUM

The  G2 symposium will take place this year in Nice from 13 to 15 November on the topic Geodesy - Rheology, or, how the earth and the planets are deformed. More information is available at: Http://colloque-g2-2017.wixsite.com/home

It should be noted that the symposium will financially support 8 students (2 / session) who will come to present their work.

 

 

ASSESSMENT OF THE ACTIVITIES BY THE GROUP OF SCIENTIFIC EVALUATION

The activities of the last mandate of the GRGS (2012-2016) will be assessed in 2017 by the Group of Scientific Evaluation formed by M. Diament (IPGP), J. Benveniste (ESA), F. Lemoine (NASA), G. Tobie (Univ. Nantes), O.de Viron (Univ. La Rochelle).

A THESIS PROPOSAL AT THE COTE D'AZUR OBSERVATORY

Its topic, in the framework of the GRGS thematic activities, is "Characterisation and compensation of atmospheric turbulence effects on Laser Telemetry and freespace optical telecommunications".
